Here’s our list of frequently asked questions about our text books – hopefully these will answer any queries you may have, but if not please get in touch with one of our customer service team via our ‘contact us’ page and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

What payments do you accept?

The safest and easiest method of payment online is via Paypal – we would recommend this to anyone as a primary method of payment for our site. If you’re not set up with a Paypal account, we also accept debit and credit cards and bank transfers. We also accept cheques by prior arrangement. The only thing we don’t deal with is cash.

Do you accept returns?

Providing you return the textbooks to us in the same condition we will issue a prompt and full refund. If you change your mind mid order get in touch with us and we can cancel orders prior to text books being despatched.

You don’t seem to have what I’m looking for – how can I get it?

If you can’t find a particular textbook then get in touch and we will help you find it. We strive to provide a comprehensive list of current text books so if something is missing we want to know what it is so we can add it to our list of discount text books.

I have a problem how can I reach you?

We don’t envisage that you will have many problems with our textbooks or service but if you do the best way to talk to us is via our ‘Contact us’ page. Send us a message giving us your contact details and a brief outline of the problem or issue, including your order details if appropriate and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Will I get a receipt?

You will be directed to a summary page once you have checked out your textbook order. This is a page which you can print and keep for your records. If you pay by Paypal you will also get a Paypal receipt emailed to you for the transaction. In addition to this all textbook orders are despatched with a delivery note.

What do you do with my details?

All transactions on our website for our textbooks are completely secure. We promise to protect your data and we guarantee never to pass your information on to any third parties. We also promise never to send you spam email and will only email you information about our textbooks if you grant us permission to do so. We also don’t advertise on our website so you won’t be bombarded by pop-ups or sent outside our site unexpectedly.
